Culture
Embalitec is a company with a horizontal organisational structure, an organisation whose departments work autonomously and where the hierarchical levels that might exist in a vertical organisational structure do not exist. We ensure that all members share the same objective, which allows us to work together to achieve optimal results. The combination of experience and youth allows us to be competitive while also being innovative.
History
The company was founded in Barcelona in 2013, thanks to the efforts of a technical and human team dedicated to the development of packaging machinery. New and cutting-edge ideas combine with the solidity of a design forged under the expertise of professionals who have developed this type of machinery for over 20 years.
